Tower Business Park, Darwen (COMPLETED)

Having commenced a new-build Netto project for Condale Construction Limited, Matthews and Leigh have subsequently been awarded the groundworks package for 2 new-build industrial units at the 4sixty5 development. Works include 3000m2 of floor slabs, roads and sewers, external hardstandings, retaining walls and site remediation. The package is worth circa £1m.
