Matthews and Leigh were delighted to beat off the competition and be awarded the full roads, sewers and groundworks package for Wainhomes’ new Cedar Place development of luxury 4 and 5 bedroom detached family homes, 2 and 3 bedroom houses and 2 bedroom apartments, located in the charming semi-rural village of Barton, one of the most desirable residential areas in Lancashire.

The works commenced in September 2017 and notwithstanding very challenging site conditions including running sand and extensive de-watering, works are on programme on this £2.30m, 72 plot scheme.
