St. Augustine’s, Oldham (COMPLETED)

Galliford Try Partnership have awarded the groundworks, roads and sewers and external works package to Matthews and Leigh on this 57 plot development in partnership with Lindon Homes. Roads and Sewers have progressed since March 2016 as the plot foundations are being redesigned after Matthews and Leigh pointed out the value engineering potential in reverting to a vibro piled solution having undertaken trial excavations in the area of the initial 11 plots.

The works are worth circa £ 2m and are due to complete in the latter stages of 2017.
