Loachbrook Meadow, Congleton (COMPLETED)

This is the second development in Congleton that Bovis has awarded to Matthews and Leigh in recent years. The work comprises of roads and sewers, 278 works and substuctures to more than 200 units.

The commencement of the roads and sewers marked the first outing of a brand new 35 tonne excavator which made light work of a massive topsoil strip and re-grade before work could begin.
