Linley Grange, Stalmine (COMPLETED)

We have commenced works on Wainhomes’ new Development, Linley Grange – a scheme of luxury 4 & 5 bedroom detached houses, and 2 & 3 bedroom homes, situated in the small historic village of Stalmine, on the eastern side of the River Wyre.

Matthews and Leigh will undertake all roads, sewers and new build housing substructures including external works in a package worth £2.75m to be completed over the next 24 months.
