Kingsfield Park, Tytherington (COMPLETED)

Matthews and Leigh has been awarded the construct to construct the first 20 plots to slab level and install associated drainage on the Jones Homes Kingsfield Park Development. The contract was awarded in June and was as a result of the partnership developed working on  the nearby Bollin Park scheme.

Initially the package is worth £ 200k but Matthews and Leigh are hopeful that they will be involved in further releases on this 70 plot development.
