Highgrove, Rochdale, Greater Manchester (COMPLETED)

Highgrove is a small development of 15, three, four and five bedroom detached executive family homes and four, three bedroom mews properties.

Stage one level was installed prior to the foundations of the houses, with the first exercise for Matthews & Leigh being to undertake to cut and fill the existing levels of land to the proposed design levels.

This involved an excavation (a cut) on one side of the road and transferring and placing this excavated material on the other side of the site where the plot areas required a filling exercise prior to digging the foundations.
