Green Bank, Middleton (COMPLETED)

Following success on the initial phases of Miles Platting, Matthews and Leigh were quickly awarded a follow-up development of 59 houses with associated remediation, Roads and Sewers and external works on Lovell Homes’ Langley development. CML has been achieved on the first 18 properties having commenced in July 2015.
