Elmswood Fold, Hunts Cross (COMPLETED)

Hunts Cross is a 48 plot development for Morris Homes.

Matthews and Leigh were awarded both the Roads and Sewers and the Housing substructures and external works in March 2014 in a combined package worth £1.2 million

Works commenced in March 2014 and will be completed in April of this year.

The works have included the construction of several retaining wall designs including in-situ concrete, masonry with concrete infill and log retainers. The whole site has been lifted to ensure a gravity drainage system design could be utilised – however the minimum falls left no margin for error and accuracy was key.
