Devonshire Park, Bolton, Greater Manchester (COMPLETED)

Devonshire Park is a development of one and two bedroom apartments and three, four and five bedroom family homes situated in Bolton.

Matthews & Leigh started on site in 2011. Initial infrastructure works included laying all the main line sewers and manholes, alongside the road construction, which incorporated site footpaths to the housing development of 92 plots with a total of six spine roads.

Ground works for the semi and detached houses, plus apartments, included constructing foundations; domestic drainage and installing ducts for mains services. As well as driveway and car park construction; flagging pathways and patios; building up external levels with spoil and finishing garden areas with imported topsoil.

Matthews & Leigh is currently working on phase three of the development, with 86 of the 92 plot foundations complete.
