Daneside Park, off Forge Lane, Congleton (COMPLETED)

Wainhomes Development on the banks of the river Dane in Congleton is about to recommence having stalled due to Environmental issues.

The works includes Roads and Sewers with sewers up to 6m deep and substructures and external works to 45 plots worth a total of £ 1.50m

The deep sewer works will involve specialist dewatering due to running sand conditions and several sections of the site will need ground improvement measures.
