Clevelands Drive, Bolton (COMPLETED)

Matthews and Leigh delivered an external works package for Jones Homes on their Cleveland development in Bolton.

The works needed to be phased in a tight working area between a fully constructed apartment block and one that was still at superstructure envelope stage. Time scales were short to enable residents to move into the newly completed block and the works involved retaining walls, car parks, footpaths and landscaping, with a variety of finishes including Indian Paving and tegula block paving.
