Charlotte Court, Ainsdale (COMPLETED)

Matthews and Leigh have completed the substructure stages on all of three contracts awarded by McCarthy & Stone for substructures, drainage, external works and parking on their luxury retirement apartment complexes.

The works included the construction of deep, heavily reinforced bases to operate the Tower Cranes from. Contract values were circa £450,000 per scheme.
