Bridgewater Park, Northwich, Cheshire (COMPLETED)

Having commenced work on this project in March 2013, Matthews and Leigh have recently completed house number 137 having moved on to the second phase in this massive development of over 400 plots for Morris homes alone.

Several other house builders are engaged alongside Morris in producing homes on this Winnington Village development which is ultimately planned to provide 1200 new homes in total.
