Matthews and Leigh Civil Engineering's workforce is the backbone to the business, this is where the company can deliver what they promise because of the staff they employ.

The company is constantly striving to deliver fully trained experienced ground workers on all their construction sites, with expertise in roads and sewers, drainage, foundations and all aspects of civil construction. The company has over 60 employees, as well as a number of experienced subcontractors.
Each site is overseen and managed by an experienced foreman who reports directly to Andrew Leigh, Ian Leigh or Stuart Madew.
Training includes PPE, Personal Health and Safety, Site Inductions, 1st Aid, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Confined Spaces, Streetworks Act, All CPCS Plant licences, CSCS NUQ - Level Two.
