Training

MLT Brochure 2019

Training is a key part of Matthews & Leigh’s business. It is dedicated to making sure every member of its work force has all the relevant training certificates and are all highly qualified in the work they are doing.

In 2015 Matthews and Leigh  invested heavily into a new training company. Specialising in the needs and demands for construction training in this industry  both companies work  closely together  to ensure  all their workers are constantly trained to the standards required to work on their construction sites. The training company holds a full worker’s training matrix for each individual worker, detailing all their qualifications, new worker inductions, tool box talks, all their CPCS licences including CSCS licences and Health and Safety tests.

With more than 120 workers, training is reviewed on an almost daily basis – not only to help develop the skills of staff, but to meet clients’ needs and most importantly to ensure they meet all the necessary legal requirements and that these are kept up to date.

For more information about training and compliance please visit the Matthews & Leigh Training website http://www.matthewsandleightraining.co.uk
